Bar Service

For service at Bishop O’Connor Center, Olbrich Botanical Gardens, The Banquet Room, Aldo Leopold Nature Center (hosted bar only) and Warner Park Recreational Center

Host bar prices are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable sales tax.  Cash bars are tax inclusive.  Bartenders will be charged at a rate of $19.95 / hour / bartender from one hour before your event until one hour after your event.  Minimum of 3 hours.  One bartender per 70-75 guests.  A $100 deposit is due in order to hold space in our book for your bar service needs.

Wine:

House – Stone Cellars ~ $4.50 per glass and $22.95 per 750ml bottle
Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 

Premium Wine ~ $5.50 per glass and $26.95 per 750ml bottle
Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio

Champagne – Asti or Brut - $22.95 per bottle  (available special order only)

Beer:

Domestic Bottles ~ $3.75 each
Miller Genuine Draft, Miller Lite, Budweiser, Bud Light, MGD 64

Micro/Import Bottles ~ $4.50 each
Corona, Spotted Cow, Capital Amber and Hopalicious

Quarter Barrels (available special order only) – yields approx. 90 - 12oz. Cups
Miller products $150 ea. and  Import/Micro products $190-$225 ea.

Rail Brands ~ $3.75 single and $5.50 double

Call Brands ~ $4.50 single and $6.25 double

Premium Brands ~ $5.25 single and $7.00 double
