“Blue Plate did a fantastic job for our wedding. David and his staff were very good communicators throughout planning, from our tasting through calling about random ad hoc questions two weeks before the event. On the wedding day, David, Emily, Cecilia, and their whole team were top notch. The hors d'oeuvres were great (especially the Street Corn Tartlettes) and the team made sure two of each were waiting at our table when we sat down so we didn't miss out on them. The main courses were also great--the Braised Short Ribs were a big hit with our guests, and we loved the Tortellini and Chicken with Pesto. Lastly, it was comforting for us to know that Blue Plate was so familiar with our venue (The Tinsmith) and vice versa. Knowing that helped reassure us that everything was going to go smoothly, and it did. Would highly recommend them!”
