“We hired Blue Plate as our wedding caterer and their meals we just as good as we knew they'd be after our tasting. Everything was cooked perfectly, and all of our guests' dietary restrictions were met without error. The plated dinner service went incredibly smoothly, and we were especially pleased to find a sampling of the passed appetizer we had missed during our cocktail hour waiting for us at our head table. We had several guests come up to us during and after dinner to tell us how good their food was, so we know it wasn't just our meals that were prepared with care. We also rented table linens, napkins, China, and flatware with Blue Plate and everything looked lovely. Easy 5 stars – we’d recommend Blue Plate for any event and especially for an event as important as a wedding.”
