People told me that I wouldn't have time to eat on my wedding day. I said that wasn't an option because I absolutely need to enjoy the chicken saltimbocca from Blue Plate. David was incredibly helpful in planning other parts of the day, such as recommending other vendors and giving ideas on how to handle florals with a family style dinner. We also had many guests with dietary restrictions and Blue Plate made it incredibly easy to accommodate them.
