Gary and his team (Amanda, Lukas, and Nash) were wonderful to work with--tasting the food and figuring out the final menu were a breeze, and the actual event couldn't have gone better. We received many compliments on the food from guests and also throughly enjoyed it ourselves. Every food item we had was so tasty (beef tenderloin with chimichurri, salmon with a lemon butter sauce, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies and asparagus spears, and a variety of hors d'œuvres), and they also helped cut and plate our cake free of charge! I would highly recommend their business for your next event :)”
