“I cannot recommend Blue Plate Catering enough. The food was excellent (we had the brandied chicken, cherry pork medallions, and stuffed acorn squash), and our guests complimented it all weekend. The staff was also courteous, kind, and attentive. But perhaps most importantly, the level of professionalism Blue Plate, and Gary in particular, showed us was unmatched. We were originally told that they were unable to do a New Years Eve wedding, but when we said how much we wanted to work with them, they were able to move things around to accommodate us; then when we had to delay our reception, Gary sent us the kindest email and was completely willing to be flexible with the new date. Plus their prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you receive.”
